Rear View of Installed Tank
The tank is fitted into the wheel well by intalling the rear section in above the brace and then rotating the front into place. Once the brackets were fabricated, the tank installation/removal takes about 30 minutes. It helps to have small fingers and shorty wrenches to hold the heads of the bolts. The tank still sits high enough to all for gravity feed to the main tank. Although not evident from this angle, the tank sits about 1/2" above the fender flange and back inside the wheel well. The tank is not visible for the side of the Hummer.
