Filler Neck on Tank Top
The filler neck is installed on the tank after the tank is installed. The flange is threaded and the o-ring is fitted between the tank and the filler neck. It takes patience to cut the top of the wheel well to match the flange, but who is in a hurry anyway. Just an excuse to sip a tall cool one.
