Stainless Steel Filler Neck
The filler neck is made from stainless steel with a 1/4" flange to mate to the tank flange. The outlet on the side is the tank breather fitting. The old style 3" tee-handle filler cap fits into the filler neck. This neck fits above the rear fender well about 4"to 5" inches from the end of the body. Since I have a XLC2 (2-door extended cab) with a camper shell, the filler cap is protected and secure. If I were to install this on a wagon model the filler would require an elbow and outside cap.
